The role

We're looking for a Zellis MyView System Trainer for an 8-week contract with a London local authority, supporting its MyView Employee and Manager Self Service go-live in November 2026.

You'll deliver a high volume of live online training. That's about 100 Employee Self Service sessions of 30 minutes and 30 Manager Self Service sessions of one hour, all in Microsoft Teams. The sessions cover logging in, navigation and the main transactions: personal details, payslips and P60s, leave, absence, expenses, overtime, approvals and workflows. The client provides the training materials and the configured system. Your job is to learn the system quickly and teach it clearly to people with very different levels of digital confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Get up to speed quickly on the client's configured MyView system, business processes and training environment.
  • Prepare and deliver ESS and MSS sessions to schedule, demonstrating with realistic scenarios.
  • Adapt your delivery for different audiences, including people with accessibility needs and low digital confidence.
  • Handle questions and tell training queries apart from policy, payroll or system issues. Escalate the issues rather than giving HR or payroll advice.
  • Keep records of attendance, feedback, questions and issues, and report to the project manager daily or weekly.
  • Work with HR, Payroll, super users and champions to improve slides, FAQs and guidance.
  • Support go-live, drop-in sessions and hypercare.

Essential

  • Substantial recent experience delivering high-volume live online systems training to employees and managers.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with an engaging delivery style.
  • Able to learn a configured enterprise system quickly and explain it in plain English.
  • Experience training audiences with mixed digital skills and accessibility needs.
  • The stamina and organisation to deliver several short sessions a day without the quality dropping.
  • Sound judgement on data protection and escalation.
  • Confident with Teams, screen sharing and attendance reporting.
  • Available for the full 8 weeks from 26 October, including go-live and early hypercare.

Desirable

  • Hands-on experience of Zellis HCM/MyView ESS and MSS, ideally in local government.
  • Experience improving training materials and FAQs based on participant feedback.
