Mental Health Associate

New Story Schools (PA) seeks a Mental Health Associate to support the wellbeing of our high performing tech teams. You will deliver short term counseling, conduct assessments, and connect staff with appropriate resources. In partnership with HR and leadership, you will design and facilitate workshops on stress, burnout, and resilience, and respond to workplace mental health concerns. You'll help shape data informed wellbeing programs in a hybrid environment that values innovation, inclusion, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term counseling and mental health support to employees
• Conduct wellbeing assessments and maintain accurate, confidential records
• Design and facilitate workshops on stress management and resilience
• Partner with HR and leaders to develop mental health programs and policies
• Triage higher risk cases and coordinate referrals to external providers
• Respond to workplace mental health concerns and critical incidents
• Analyze wellbeing data and recommend improvements to programs
• Promote mental health resources and drive employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with privacy, ethical, and clinical standards
• Collaborate with cross functional teams in a fast paced tech environment
