Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee enterprise IT projects, coordinate business and technical teams, and support business process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and business analysis experience, particularly in supply chain management, sales, logistics or e-commerce systems.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage enterprise IT infrastructure projects from initiation through completion.
• Define and document project scope, objectives, requirements, deliverables and stakeholder responsibilities.
• Develop project plans, schedules and milestones, and monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
• Coordinate project activities, track progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Organize and conduct project meetings with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews, workshops, document reviews and workflow analysis.
• Analyze business processes related to supply chain management, sales, logistics and e-commerce systems.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, charts and management presentations.
• Monitor project risks, issues, costs and development and testing progress.
• Communicate project updates to management and stakeholders and coordinate issue resolution.
• Support short-term tactical planning and long-term strategic project initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for business process improvement and support additional projects as required.

The Right Candidate Will Possess

• Strong enterprise IT project management experience, including planning, execution, scheduling and resource coordination.
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure environments.
• Strong business analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering, workflow analysis and business process improvement.
• Experience with supply chain management, sales or logistics business processes related to e-commerce systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate project risks and collaborate effectively across departments.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Project Management or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, strategies and methodologies.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and project documentation.
• Experience managing project schedules, milestones, budgets, risks and deliverables.
• Managerial experience involving analytical thinking, problem-solving and team coordination.
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is mandatory.
