Job Description
We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. The candidate will have experience in supply planning, supplier performance management, purchase order execution, and risk mitigation with a demonstrated ability to ensure timely and accurate supply ordering and delivery while improving supply visibility and operational readiness.
Responsibilities:
- Drive timely and accurate supply ordering and delivery.
- Monitor lead times and track schedules against plan, manage deviations, and mitigate risks to supply commitments.
- Identify supply risks and drive improvements through vendor capability assessments and streamlined supplier processes.
- Monitor geopolitical market conditions and technology roadmaps to anticipate supply and demand challenges and opportunities.
- Ensure supply chain operational readiness for new components, equipment, suppliers, and geographies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve delivery issues, drive prioritization, and lock schedules.
- Implement and adopt new capabilities, and enhance data systems and metrics to improve supply visibility and accuracy.
- Manage and cultivate supplier relationships focused on continuous performance improvement.
- Conduct RFQs, analyze quotes and data, recommend and award to suppliers based on set criteria.
- Troubleshoot and resolve PO issues to avoid order delays and ensure timely PO issuance across tools.
- Ensure POs are issued promptly to meet delivery expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or supply chain management.
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain or related functions.
- Experience improving and managing supplier performance.
- Ability to collect and analyze information, solve problems, and drive solutions.
- Business judgment with experience creating executive communications and presentations.
- Detail orientation, ability to communicate complex problems and solutions, collaborate effectively, and act to close out issues.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize or redesign workflows for measurable impact such as efficiency or quality.
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices including risk assessment and bias mitigation.
- Ongoing AI skill development such as prompt or context engineering and agent orchestration, with awareness of emerging AI technologies.
- Experience in supply chain fulfillment operations including forecasting, demand management, supply planning, order management, MPS/MRP, inventory control, and logistics.
