The Role

• Provide direct care and support to residents, enriching their lives.
• Perform classic geriatric nursing duties including medication administration, personal care, and digital documentation.
• Maintain trusting relationships with residents' families, physicians, and colleagues.
• Provide professional and personal guidance to nursing assistants, trainees, and interns.
• Creatively contribute to daily life activities as an expert in your field.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse (m/f/d).
• Alternatively, other completed vocational training in geriatric or general healthcare and nursing.
• A high degree of empathy and a respectful approach to everyone.
