The Role

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within various commercial industries.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend customized solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients by acting as an empathetic problem solver.
• Utilize provided tools and training to explain services, set expectations, and secure sales agreements.
• Uphold high standards of safety, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions.
• Drive new business development using provided marketing tools and resources.

What You'll Need

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior sales or customer relationship management experience.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to work independently in the field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain necessary pesticide licensing or certifications (company-paid).
• Ability to perform physical tasks including safe ladder use and occasional heavy lifting.
