What You'll Do
- Greet customers and accurately identify their service and repair needs
- Write and manage repair orders from check-in through completion
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair recommendations, costs, and timelines
- Work closely with technicians and the service department to ensure quality and timely repairs
- Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction while driving service department results
What We're Looking For
- Previous Service Advisor experience required
- Ford service experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Professional, motivated, and results-oriented
