What You'll Do

• Greet customers and accurately identify their service and repair needs
• Write and manage repair orders from check-in through completion
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair recommendations, costs, and timelines
• Work closely with technicians and the service department to ensure quality and timely repairs
• Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction while driving service department results

What We're Looking For

• Previous Service Advisor experience required
• Ford service experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Professional, motivated, and results-oriented
