Key Responsibilities & Duties

Requirements Analysis & Documentation

• Project Initiation: Conduct initiation activities to identify new business challenges, define objectives, and scope out requirements-gathering phases.

• Requirements Elicitation: Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive user and system requirements from multiple stakeholder sources for new applications and system enhancements.

• SDLC Compliance: Produce clear, concise, and structured Requirements Definition documents that align with established enterprise standards and guidelines.

• Process Mapping: Define and document business workflows, assisting with the development of standard templates and repeatable processes for project documentation.

Agile & Team Collaboration

• Scrum Representation: Attend application design and development scrum meetings to actively represent and advocate for business needs throughout the development lifecycle.

• Decision Tracking: Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, and foster a collaborative team environment across business and IT units.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Test Planning & Execution: Write and execute comprehensive system test plans to verify that applications meet all functional requirements and design specifications.

• Manual Testing: Perform thorough manual testing on web applications to validate feature functionality and ensure high quality before release.

• Defect Management: Document bugs and application gaps with precise reproduction steps to enable developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

• UAT Support: Develop and structure user testing scripts to support smooth User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Analytical Experience: Extensive professional experience in business and systems analysis, requirements documentation, and business process improvement.

• Methodologies: Strong background working within structured System Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and Agile frameworks such as Scrum.

• Documentation Skills: Proven ability to elicit requirements from diverse sources and synthesize them into complex, clear documents tailored for both business users and developers.

• Testing Expertise: Hands-on experience performing manual testing on web applications, designing test plans, writing test scripts, and tracking defects in complex systems.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) with a demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings, record project decisions, and collaborate effectively within multi-functional development teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical Exposure: Familiarity with web application software development projects utilizing .NET.

• Tooling Proficiency: Experience documenting requirements and managing tasks using platforms such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps.
