Project Superintendent - Waterworks Operations

Role:
Manage daily jobsite operations, including scheduling, safety, subcontractors, labor, quality, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce safety policies and maintain site security and cleanliness.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and field labor.
• Monitor work for compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Review drawings for constructability and resolve field issues.
• Maintain project documentation and schedules.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and communicate with the project team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of water & wastewater construction experience.
• Experience with projects ranging from $1M–$40M.
• Knowledge of all phases of construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
