We are seeking a Structural Section Manager to lead a team of structural engineers supporting complex power generation, industrial, federal, and infrastructure projects. Position Summary

The Structural Section Manager provides leadership, technical guidance, and operational oversight for a team of structural engineering professionals while reporting to the Structural Department Manager. This role is responsible for ensuring project delivery excellence, resource planning, quality assurance, staff development, and financial performance.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project managers, technical leaders, and executive leadership to deliver high-quality engineering solutions while fostering a culture of engagement, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
