As a Product Manager at Vale, you will own product areas that span our consumer-facing digital experience, machine platform, or internal tooling, driving discovery, delivery, and measurable impact.

Define and maintain a clear product roadmap grounded in customer insights and business goals
Own product metrics and use data to continuously improve the product experience
Conduct customer interviews, usability research, and competitive analysis
Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Sales on go-to-market planning
4+ years of product management experience in a consumer or B2B software environment
~ Track record of shipping impactful products in a fast-moving startup or growth-stage company
~ Experience with hardware-software products or IoT a plus
