Product Manager

Are you a commercially minded Product Manager who enjoys building successful product ranges, managing supplier relationships, and bringing new products to market?

At EVO, we're looking for a Product Manager to join our Group Buying team. This is a varied role where you'll take ownership of product ranges, work closely with suppliers, and help drive revenue and profitability across the business. Based in either Normanton or Sheffield, you'll play a key role in ensuring we offer the right products, at the right price, for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and developing product ranges across multiple sales channels
• Building strong supplier relationships and negotiating commercial agreements
• Supporting category plans to drive sales growth and profitability
• Identifying and launching new products into the market
• Managing supplier performance and resolving commercial issues
• Working closely with Purchasing, Inventory, Marketing and Operations teams
• Supporting tender opportunities through product sourcing and supplier negotiations
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
• Ensuring compliance and responsible procurement standards are maintained

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in Product Management, Buying, Purchasing or Category Management
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Commercial awareness with the ability to analyse and present data
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience working with manufacturers and major brands

Desirable

• Knowledge of the business supplies and services industry.
