Product Designer - Global Growth & AI

London Based - Hybrid working

6 Months Contract

400 to 490 a day Inside IR35

A global fintech leader is looking for a Product Designer to drive UX for our expansion across Western Europe, the UK, Canada, and ANZ. You'll build scalable, multi-market experiences that balance core platform systems with local market needs.

If you thrive at the intersection of Product-Led Growth (PLG), international scaling, and agentic AI workflows, this role gives you the ownership to set vision, experiment rapidly, and raise the bar for global craft.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product design for key international markets, balancing shared platform primitives with region-specific compliance, tax, currency, and language nuances.
  • Design intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy AI-driven features and agentic workflows that simplify complex business workflows for everyday users.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to run disciplined A/B tests and experimentation loops that measurably move activation, onboarding, and retention metrics.
  • Build resilient design patterns and frameworks that deploy seamlessly across regions, ensuring visual and interaction excellence at enterprise scale.
  • Shape product direction through compelling design storytelling and research-backed

frameworks, while lifting the craft of distributed designers across multiple time zones.

Essential Skills

  • 7+ years driving product design in high-scale B2B SaaS or Fintech.
  • Proven track record in PLG, funnel design, behavioral analytics, and A/B testing.
  • Hands-on internationalization (i18n) experience (multi-currency, multi-language, or local regulatory/compliance flows).
  • Practical AI design experience (agentic workflows, generative UX, or personalization).
  • Deep design systems expertise, creating platform-level primitives that scale across products.
  • Strong cross-functional influence, with experience mentoring distributed teams.
