We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM Lead with strong telecom domain knowledge and hands-on experience in BRIM-to-BRIM system migration. The candidate will independently own data migration, source-to-target mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and validation through production cutover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP BRIM migration across SAP CC, CI, SOM, and FI-CA.
• Own end-to-end data migration strategy, mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Understand telecom billing, charging, subscriptions, usage, invoicing, and revenue processes.
• Define source-to-target mapping specifications and data conversion rules.
• Manage mock migrations, SIT/UAT, reconciliation, defect resolution, and production cutover.
• Collaborate with SAP architects, ETL teams, developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, migration readiness, and successful integration with CRM, ERP/S/4HANA, and other systems.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of SAP experience, including 6+ years in SAP BRIM.
• Proven experience migrating from one SAP BRIM system to another.
• Strong expertise in data migration, mapping, transformation, and reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with telecom billing and subscription processes.
• Knowledge of SAP CC, CI, SOM, FI-CA, and BRIM integrations.
• Familiarity with SQL, ETL, data profiling, APIs, IDocs, XML/JSON.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and independent workstream ownership.
