Senior Project Manager - Director (Data Centres - Construction Project Management - Consultancy)

CPC Project Services is one of the UK's leading independent project and cost management consultancies. Employee-owned and ranked amongst the UK's largest project management consultancies, we deliver major programmes across infrastructure, real estate and complex capital projects. We are currently supporting multiple large-scale data centre developments across the UK and Europe, with significant growth planned across the sector.

As our Data Centre portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking a Senior PM to Director level candidate to lead the delivery of major data centre projects, strengthen key client relationships and help shape the future growth of the sector within CPC.

This is an opportunity to play a leading role in one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction and infrastructure, working alongside senior industry professionals on some of Europe's most complex and high-profile data centre developments.

We are open to considering candidates who wish to work on a contract, fixed term contract or permanent.

About You

We're looking for an established leader with a proven track record of delivering schemes within the data centre sector.

You will have:

• Extensive project management experience within the data centre sector.
• Experience delivering refurbishment and new build schemes.
• Strong commercial acumen and client account management experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across large capital programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication skills.
• Experience managing projects through all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Professional membership such as APM, RICS, CIOB or equivalent.
• A degree qualification in a relevant discipline.
