In the role of a Associate Engineer (Operations Support) you will join our Data Platform Operations that's doubling down on owning it and moving with speed.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

• Review changes and support during offshore hours.


• Provide Service Nab and IT Change process guidance to DDO and Platform teams.


• Run Data Platforms Change forum.


• Assist with producing metrics and status reports.


• Co-ordinate Incident resolution including high priority Incident tech calls.


• Assign/follow-up Incidents towards resolution

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll have:

• Extensive experience in incident Governance and Co-ordination


• Excellent documentation and communication skills.


• Strong commitment to quality and auditability


• An expert user of Service NOW (IT Service Management Tool ITSM ).


• Must be good with people and able to provide guidance under pressure.


• Able to work with a wide range of stakeholders i.e. Service Delivery, Data and Ops Engineers, Delivery teams and L3 Support


• Must have a base aware of ITiL Framework (IT information Library) that provides the guidelines for IT Change
