Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Budtender) | NETA Brookline

💰 Pay: $17.50/hour + tips
🕒 Schedule: Up to 30 hours/week, including weekday, evening, and weekend shifts

What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest
- Educate customers on products and make personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Prepare and package online and in-store orders
- Assist with inventory, merchandising, stocking, and maintaining an organized sales floor
- Verify customer documentation and maintain accurate records
- Stay current on promotions, products, and industry regulations
What We're Looking For
- 21+ years old
- 1+ year of retail, sales, or customer service experience

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Bonus Points For
- Cannabis industry experience
- Bilingual skills
- Inventory management or POS system experience (Dutchie preferred)
