The Role • Conduct active outbound telephone sales to acquire new B2B clients across Germany, with a focus on small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). • Independently manage the entire sales cycle, from lead identification and needs analysis to closing deals and nurturing client relationships. • Drive daily outbound activities to achieve monthly revenue targets. • Efficiently utilize and maintain the CRM system for lead qualification, offer tracking, and documenting all sales opportunities. • Collaborate closely with the Customer Service team to ensure optimal client support and identify further business potential. • Consistently meet and exceed performance targets within a results-oriented team environment. What You'll Need • Previous experience in telephone sales or a direct sales role; motivated career changers and sales talents are also encouraged to apply. • A completed apprenticeship or a university degree will facilitate an easier entry into understanding products and processes. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen to identify and address customer needs effectively. • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel. • Previous experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous; comprehensive onboarding and training will be provided if not. • A goal-oriented, self-driven approach with a genuine passion for sales, motivated by daily selling, achieving targets, and performance.
