SAP SCM Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

LOCATION: Northbrook, IL — Hybrid, 2 days onsite/week
DURATION: 6 months
PAY RATE: $70/hr on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SCM Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support and optimize supply chain processes across SAP MM, PP, and related modules. This role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams to drive process improvements, support S/4HANA initiatives, and ensure data integrity across SCM functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional SAP SCM specifications
- Support SAP MM, PP, Procurement, Inventory, MRP, and Production Planning processes
- Manage BOM, Routing, and Material Master data
- Support SAP S/4HANA migration and SAP MDG initiatives
- Partner with FI/CO teams on cross-module integration
- Ensure SOX and change control compliance
- Support multi-plant SAP implementations

Required Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on SAP MM/PP functional experience
- Experience with Procurement, Inventory, MRP, Production Planning
- BOM, Routing, and Material Master expertise
- Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP S/4HANA and Migration Cockpit experience
- SAP MDG experience
- FI/CO integration knowledge
- SOX/change control and multi-plant implementation experience
