The Role • Select cases and other containers of food and non-food products to fulfill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage. • Place selected items onto pallets, then move completed orders to the loading dock staging area using electric pallet jacks or forklifts. • Ensure orders are wrapped, labeled, and prepared for shipment in a timely manner, adhering to all safety regulations and quality standards. • Operate electric pallet jacks and potentially forklifts to transport orders and stock items within the warehouse. • Conduct safety checks on equipment and wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety gear. • Meet productivity and accuracy standards for order selection and processing. What You'll Need • Ability to work assigned shifts, including required overtime. • Stamina to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift. • Capability to lift, stack, and/or pull product weighing 10-35 lbs regularly, and up to approximately 60-100 lbs. • Willingness to work in multi-temperature environments, including dry, cooler, and freezer sections. • Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check. • Eagerness to become EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack) certified and complete required training.
