About the Role:

The Principal Account Manager, Strategic Accounts is a senior, quota-carrying individual contributor responsible for renewals and expansion within Netomi’s existing Strategic and Enterprise (Fortune 100) accounts. This role requires persistence and commercial judgment—someone who can navigate large, siloed organizations, secure buy-in across multiple executives and departments, and lead renewal and expansion sales cycles. You will own the post-sale commercial cycle from qualification through pricing, negotiation, contracting, and signature, partnering with the CSM who owns ongoing account strategy and customer success. This is an opportunity to help shape the future of Enterprise GenAI.
