Join one of Bermuda's leading offshore firms, advising on cutting-edge regulatory matters.
The Bermuda office of this prestigious offshore law firm is seeking an experienced Regulatory Lawyer with expertise in the financial services sector to join its growing team. You will work closely with colleagues locally and across the firm’s global network, advising leading international banks, asset managers, and financial institutions on a wide range of non-contentious regulatory matters spanning AML/ATF, sanctions, licensing, and data privacy/cybersecurity.
Staying at the forefront of developments in the financial services industry, you will play a key role in delivering innovative legal solutions while actively contributing to business development and client relationship management. This is a great opportunity to take on challenging and rewarding work, with excellent prospects for progression. Beyond the professional rewards, Bermuda offers a fantastic lifestyle, combining a thriving professional market with the benefits of living in a stunning, low-tax island setting.

Likely to suit someone with 3-5 years’ PQE (minimum 3 years’ PQE required for work permit). Relevant financial services experience gained with a leading offshore/UK/equivalent commercial firm is essential.
Package
Market leading low-tax salary, negotiable depending on experience. Benefits and bonus. Relocation package (flights + temporary accommodation on arrival + expenses allowance).
Bermuda
Bermuda offers you the opportunity to live and work in one of the world’s most desirable locations. The island benefits from a mild year-round climate, never too cold in the winter and rarely too hot in the summer. It is famed for its picture-postcard pink sand beaches and crystal-clear ocean, but it also has plenty of history and boasts all the attractions associated with a luxury holiday destination. And if you should need a break from island life, with regular direct flights to London, New York and other parts of the US, it is particularly well connected.
