What we're looking for

We'd love to hear from people with:

• Previous leadership experience within hospitality, retail, customer service, or quick service restaurant environments
• A genuine passion for creating memorable customer experiences and meaningful connections
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
• The ability to lead, coach and develop team members
• High levels of energy, enthusiasm and a positive can-do attitude
• Experience managing operations, supporting sales performance, or leading teams is highly regarded
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
