Camunda BPM Developer

We are looking for an experienced Camunda BPM Developer to design, develop, implement, and support business process automation solutions using Camunda. The candidate will work closely with business analysts, product owners, architects, QA, and development teams to translate business processes into scalable workflow solutions.
The role requires strong hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0, DMN, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Java Delegates/External Task Workers, and Camunda development components. These skills align with requirements previously identified for Camunda delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement end-to-end business workflows using BPMN 2.0 and Camunda Modeler.
• Develop Java Delegates, External Task Workers, and RESTful services to support Camunda workflows.
• Develop and integrate workflow solutions using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, BPMN and DMN.
• Implement business rules and decision logic using DMN.
• Integrate Camunda processes with enterprise applications and upstream/downstream systems through APIs and event-driven integration.
• Implement appropriate exception handling, transaction management, application logging, and error-handling mechanisms.
• Develop unit and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, and Camunda testing libraries.
• Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and secure API endpoints.
• Monitor workflows, investigate process failures, and troubleshoot application/process issues.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain development and coding standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA engineers, and UI/UX teams to deliver end-to-end process automation solutions.
• Work with DevOps teams to support deployments and CI/CD processes across development, test, and production environments.
• Support incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and production troubleshooting.
• Optimize workflow/process logic for maintainability, reliability, and performance.
