Summary
As a Vulnerability Management Engineer within Client OT Cybersecurity team, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and remediating vulnerabilities within our operational technology (OT) environment. This position requires excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across multiple cultures and a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vulnerability Assessment:Conduct regular vulnerability assessments to identify security weaknesses in OT systems.
• Remediation Management:Track and manage remediation efforts to ensure timely resolution of identified vulnerabilities.
• Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and operations, to communicate findings and coordinate remediation activities.
• Documentation:Maintain comprehensive documentation of vulnerability assessments, remediation actions, and compliance status.
• Training and Awareness:Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on vulnerability management best practices and tools.
• Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and vulnerabilities and contribute to the continuous improvement of vulnerability management processes.
• Travel:Be prepared to travel as required for on-site assessments and collaboration with global teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in vulnerability management, particularly in OT environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse cultures and teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
