SAP S/4HANA SD/LE ShipERP Logistics Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA SD/LE ShipERP Logistics Functional Consultant to support enterprise logistics and shipping operations within an SAP S/4HANA environment.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Logistics Execution (LE), Transportation Management (TM), and ShipERP solutions. This role involves configuring, implementing, and supporting end-to-end shipping processes, carrier integrations, logistics execution, and Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows while ensuring seamless integration with enterprise logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

SAP S/4HANA Logistics Consulting

• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Logistics solutions.
• Lead functional design and implementation for:
• SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
• Logistics Execution (LE)
• Transportation Management (TM)
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
• Collaborate with business users to optimize logistics and shipping processes.

Order-to-Cash (O2C)

• Support and optimize the complete Order-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Configure shipping, delivery, billing, and logistics execution processes.
• Ensure seamless integration between SD, LE, TM, and downstream business processes.
• Support issue resolution across order fulfillment and shipment execution.

ShipERP Configuration & Support

• Configure and support ShipERP solutions within SAP.
• Implement and maintain:
• Multi-Carrier Shipping Integrations
• Shipment Processing
• Freight Quoting
• Rate Shopping
• Carrier Service Selection
• Shipment Creation & Cancellation
• Support carrier integrations including:
• FedEx
• UPS
• DHL
• Other enterprise carriers

Shipping Documentation & Compliance

• Configure and manage shipping documentation, including:
• Shipping Labels
• Bills of Lading (BOL)
• Commercial Invoices
• Packing Lists
• Support HAZMAT labeling and shipping compliance.
• Ensure adherence to transportation and regulatory requirements.

Logistics Integration

• Configure RF process integration within SAP.
• Support Track & Trace capabilities across logistics transactions.
• Integrate ShipERP with SAP delivery and warehouse processes.
• Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to improve shipping operations.

Testing & Production Support

• Support system testing, UAT, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot functional issues related to logistics and shipping processes.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend process improvements.
• Develop functional documentation and provide user training.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA SD and Logistics Execution (LE).
• Hands-on experience with ShipERP implementation and support.
• Experience supporting enterprise logistics and shipping operations.
• Proven expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
