Job Description

Seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong experience in Commercial Data, Data Aggregation, Data Flows, and Analytics, preferably within the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for commercial analytics opportunities across Sales, Marketing, and Managed Markets.
• Provide consulting on Commercial Life Sciences and commercial data warehouse best practices.
• Support sales teams with opportunity assessments, solution approaches, timelines, and deliverables.
• Guide technical teams in developing Commercial Analytics solutions.
• Define business processes, data flows, solutions, budgets, and strategic roadmaps.
• Present solutions and recommendations to customers and prospects.
• Lead large cross-functional initiatives and work with senior executives.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience, including 7+ years in Pharmaceutical Commercial.
• Commercial data and analytics experience in a data warehouse environment.
• Experience consulting/selling commercial data warehouse solutions.
• Business process and data flow definition experience.
• Strong executive-level communication and relationship-building skills.
• Direct selling and large account management experience.
• Experience with BI/analytics technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred

• Pharmaceutical/Specialty Pharma data management consulting experience.
• AWS or Azure cloud data technologies.
• Commercial BI and analytics solutions experience.
