Introduction

Refulgent Technologies Inc. is looking for an experienced IT Staffing Account Manager based in Raleigh, NC. As an IT Staffing Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and overseeing the recruiting team to ensure successful placements.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, finding opportunities to drive revenue and business growth.
• Strategic Planning and Account Growth: Develop strategic plans to grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Sales Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
• Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new clients.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Recruiting Oversight: Provide input and guidance to the recruiting team to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction.
• IT Staffing Experience: Preferred experience in IT staffing industry to effectively understand client needs and requirements.
• Public Sector/Government Client Experience: Preferred experience working with public sector or government clients.
