The Role

• Oversee and optimize the quality of care and adherence to nursing standards.
• Create efficient and needs-based work schedules.
• Conduct independent care visits and manage the care process.
• Provide individual and activating care for residents, respecting their life habits.
• Collaborate with other departments on care processes and documentation.
• Foster professional development and guidance for nursing staff, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a specialist in geriatric or general and pediatric nursing.
• Further qualification as a Residential Area Manager.
• Confident communication skills with residents, staff, and relatives.
• Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to implementing a holistic and resident-oriented care concept.
• General PC skills (MS Office, specialized application programs).
