We’re looking for a motivated Spare Parts Interpreter to join our team.
Whether you’re an experienced Parts Interpreter or someone with relevant experience looking to build a career in parts sales, we’d love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
You'll help customers find the right parts, process orders and quotes, build customer relationships, and work with a great team to keep our customers moving.
Providing friendly, professional service over the phone, email and counter
Preparing quotes and processing customer orders
Working closely with our sales, warehouse and delivery teams
Developing your product knowledge and understanding of our extensive parts range
We're looking for someone who is:
A proven experience in the aftermarket parts sales in HV industry will be highly regarded.
We will consider Parts interpreting experience or at least 1 year of relevant experience in automotive/heavy vehicle parts, retail, customer service, mechanical service or warehousing
Bring the right attitude and customer focus, and we'll help you build your product knowledge
A genuine interest in trucks, vehicles or spare parts
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good computer skills and attention to detail
A practical approach to problem-solving
A team player with a positive attitude and keen to learn
