Job Description

Mandatory Skills

  • 5–10 years of IT infrastructure or endpoint management experience.

  • 3+ years of hands-on JAMF Pro administration experience.

  • Strong macOS administration and troubleshooting skills.

  • Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).

  • Experience managing JAMF Pro deployments, policies, configuration profiles, and smart groups.

  • Experience with zero-touch deployment and Apple device lifecycle management.

  • Knowledge of enterprise endpoint management, MDM/UEM, and device security.

  • Experience with software packaging, application deployment, patch management, and OS updates.

  • Strong scripting skills in Bash, Shell, or Python.

  • Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, LDAP, and SSO.

  • Understanding of ITIL processes, including incident, change, and problem management.
