Job description

  • Location: Catonsville, MD
  • Facility: St. Agnes Healthcare
  • Department: Physician Practice Cardiology
  • Schedule: Day | Full-time
  • Coordinate daily shift workflows, resource distribution, and staff assignments to maintain seamless physician practice operations.
  • Serve as the frontline clinical resource, mentoring associates, answering procedural questions, and working directly alongside staff during peak volumes.
  • Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and skills training for clinical support personnel; assist leadership with performance reviews.
  • Track daily task completion and audit clinical activities to ensure strict adherence to safety, HIPAA, and operational policies.
Licensure / Certification / Registration
  • Required Credential(s):
    • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
    • Medical Assistant obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
