The Role

• Provide expert, service-oriented advice to customers, creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and appealing store environment.
• Creatively and effectively implement sales promotion initiatives.
• Actively engage in all store operations, including stocking, pricing, and cashier duties.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a vocational training background in retail with some professional experience, or a motivated career changer.
• Demonstrated friendliness, enjoyment in interacting with people, and an independent, efficient work style.
• Strong team spirit, flexibility, and a high degree of reliability.
• Enthusiasm for the world of motorcycling, or prior experience in the field.
