We are seeking passionate educators to join an impact-driven community dedicated to transforming the lives of young people. We partner with schools and local authorities to provide essential support for learners with SEND and SEMH needs, offering flexible and rewarding opportunities.

The Role

• Provide in-person, online, or hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, planning and delivering trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Work with referred students from local authorities and schools to improve educational standards.
• Plan and report for lessons, providing regular feedback on student progress.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning needs, including MLD, SLD, and PMLD.
• Engage with a mission to raise the standard of education for vulnerable young people.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience, with a strong preference for SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD experience.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and 2 professional references.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and creating a safe learning environment.
• Right to work in the UK.
