Quality Inspector
Location: Lewisburg, TN
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable Quality Inspectors to inspect manufactured parts and products to ensure they meet customer quality standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Reports To: Site Supervisor / Site Leader
Responsibilities
- Inspect parts and products for defects or quality issues.
- Ensure products meet customer and company quality standards.
- Read and follow work instructions and inspection procedures.
- Use measuring and testing equipment as needed.
- Accurately document inspection results and production data.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Provide professional customer service while working at client locations.
- Follow all company policies and health and safety guidelines.
- Record time worked and complete required company documentation through the company portal.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or quality inspection experience is preferred but not required.
- Training is provided for qualified candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to read pick tickets, shipping documents, and inventory labels; experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Ability to accurately stack, store, and move materials.
- Must follow OSHA and company safety procedures, wear required PPE (safety glasses, safety vest, gloves, and safety shoes), report equipment issues immediately, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
