Job Description

Experience: 3–8 years

Job Summary:
We are seeking an AI Value Engineer who can bridge business strategy and hands-on GenAI implementation. This role focuses on identifying high-value AI opportunities, leading client discovery, building GenAI POCs, and demonstrating measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead client discovery sessions, workshops, and AI opportunity assessments.
Design and implement practical GenAI workflows, prototypes, and POCs.
Apply prompt engineering and LLM techniques to solve business problems.
Translate business requirements into scalable AI use cases and value propositions.
Partner with technical and business stakeholders to demonstrate AI solutions and adoption strategies.
Develop presentations, demonstrations, and recommendations for executive/client audiences.
Identify opportunities for AI automation, productivity, and business transformation.

Required:

3–8 years in consulting, business strategy, innovation, enablement, or a related client-facing role.
Hands-on GenAI/LLM workflows, POCs, and prompt engineering experience.
Strong client-facing communication, discovery, and workshop facilitation skills.
Ability to connect AI capabilities to business outcomes and ROI.
Active Public Trust or applicable U.S. Government clearance – MUST HAVE.

Preferred:

Mortgage, lending, banking, or FinTech experience.
Experience with Salesforce, AWS, or other enterprise technology platforms.
Experience taking GenAI concepts from discovery → POC → business adoption.

Certifications:

Generative AI / AI certifications – preferred
AWS Certified AI Practitioner / Machine Learning – preferred
Salesforce AI / Einstein certifications – preferred
Public-sector/government security clearance – MUST HAVE; higher-level clearance is a plus.
