Our client, a leading global travel and technology marketplace, is looking to hire a Generative Search & Reputation Manager (SEO/AEO) in San Francisco, CA (Hybrid).

Pay Rate Range: [$52/hr to $62/hr W2], depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies aligned with business, reputation, and public policy priorities.

• Monitor and optimize search performance across Google Search and AI-powered search platforms.

• Analyze search visibility, content performance, share of voice, and AI citation trends to provide actionable insights.

• Build dashboards and performance reports for cross-functional stakeholders.

• Advise internal teams on SEO strategy, content opportunities, competitive search landscapes, and audience behavior.

• Manage SEO vendors, agencies, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.

• Collaborate with Public Policy, Communications, Marketing, Reputation, and Business teams on multiple initiatives.

• Stay current with emerging AI search technologies and recommend best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise SEO experience in a multi-channel or multi-market environment.

• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Conductor, Moz, or similar SEO platforms.

• Experience with AI Search, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), or Generative Search.

• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and website performance optimization.

• Excellent analytical skills with experience interpreting and presenting performance data.

• Experience managing vendors, agencies, or external partners.

• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience using AI productivity tools such as Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, or similar is preferred.
