Lead Electrical Engineer

We're recruiting a Lead Electrical Engineer for a growing engineering manufacturer where you'll take ownership of electrical design, mentor a team of engineers and drive the development of specialist power systems.
What you'll be doing:

• Leading electrical design projects from concept through to manufacture
• Managing and mentoring a team of engineers
• Reviewing schematics, calculations and technical documentation
• Driving innovation, standardisation and continuous improvement
• Working closely with mechanical, controls and manufacturing teams

What we're looking for:

• Strong background in electrical design and power systems
• Experience leading projects or engineering teams
• Knowledge of 3-phase power, protection systems and electrical standards
• Experience with EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical or similar CAD packages
• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or related discipline

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer looking to step up, or an existing Lead Engineer seeking a new challenge within a specialist engineering environment.
