Agentic AI Engineer – Outside IR35 | Fully Remote | 12-Month Contract | Role: Agentic AI Engineer Location: Fully Remote<br />Contract Length: 12 months<br />IR35 Status: Outside IR35 I'm working with an innovative MedTech organisation at the forefront of AI-driven healthcare solutions.

They are looking for a highly skilled Agentic AI Engineer to join their team on a long-term contract and help scale cutting-edge intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities<br />Design and build agentic AI systems using modern LLM frameworks<br />Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions across production environments<br />Work with structured and unstructured data using Python &amp; PySpark<br />Implement Claude Code / LLM-based workflows for real-time decision-making<br />Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms<br />Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with regulatory requirementsKey Skills &amp; Experience<br />Strong experience with Agentic AI architectures<br />Hands-on expertise with LLMs (e.g.

Claude, OpenAI, etc.)<br />Proven background in Generative AI (GenAI)<br />Advanced proficiency in Python and PySpark<br />Experience working with Claude Code or similar LLM orchestration tools<br />Strong engineering mindset with experience deploying into production environmentsDesirable<br />Experience working within Financial Services (highly regulated environments)<br />Exposure to MedTech / Healthcare projects<br />Experience with distributed data processing and large-scale pipelines
