Senior AI Engineer - Agentic & Generative AI

Join a fast-growing international SaaS business at the forefront of AI innovation. We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, build and scale Agentic AI, Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions that power intelligent, customer-facing products used globally.

Working closely with Product, Platform and Engineering teams, you'll develop production-grade AI systems, autonomous agents and LLM-powered applications, helping shape the future of AI across the organisation.

What You'll Do Design and deliver production-ready Agentic AI, Generative AI and RAG solutions.<br />Build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning and executing complex workflows.<br />Develop multi-agent orchestration, tool integration and advanced retrieval strategies.<br />Optimise LLM performance through prompt engineering, fine-tuning and evaluation.<br />Work with Platform Engineering to deploy scalable AI services using Microsoft Azure.<br />Mentor engineers and contribute to AI architecture and engineering best practices.What You'll Bring Strong Python development experience building production AI applications.<br />Proven experience developing Agentic AI, LLM and RAG solutions.<br />Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen or similar.<br />Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Search.<br />Understanding of LLM evaluation, AI safety, observability and production deployment.Why Join?
