Job Description :

• Hands-on Full Stack Technical Lead with strong React/Next.js, .NET Core/C#, SQL Server, and AWS expertise.

• The role focuses on scalable application architecture, Micro Frontends, Microservices, API security, database optimization, legacy modernization, and cloud-native solutions, while providing technical leadership, offshore collaboration, architecture reviews, and end-to-end delivery ownership.

• Primary Skills Strong hands-on experience with React, preferably Next.js, and .NET Core / C#.

• Strong expertise in RESTful API design, TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, and SQL databases.

• Experience with Micro Frontend architecture, Microservices, Clean Architecture, and secure API design using OAuth2/OIDC and JWT.

• Strong understanding and practical application of software design principles, architectural patterns, and coding best practices.

• Strong expertise in Postgresql and MS SQL, data modeling, schema design, indexing, and query optimization.

• Experience with application modernization, legacy system refactoring, and migration to cloud-native architectures.

• Hands-on experience using AWS cloud and basic understanding of DevOps and CICD Key Responsibilities Take ownership of key and critical modules, driving development and collaborating with offshore teams to ensure quality, scalability, and timely delivery.

• Assess new requirements and existing application, integration, and database landscapes and provide effort estimates and recommendations for modernizing the technology and architecture.

• Design scalable and extensible Micro Frontend architectures and reusable UI component frameworks using React, preferably Next.js.

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-throughput RESTful APIs and microservices using .NET Core / C#. Lead data modeling and schema design, including table structure optimization, indexing strategies, and query performance tuning.

• Design end-to-end full-stack solutions leveraging native AWS services to achieve scalability, high availability, performance, and low latency.

• Analyse existing legacy applications, database structures, and stored procedures and define strategies to refactor and modernize them into cloud-native solutions.

• Define and implement common patterns for security, caching, error handling, resiliency, logging, and downstream integrations across the application stack.

• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, design reviews, code reviews, and technical mentoring.

• Collaborate with business SMEs, architects, and engineering teams throughout discovery, solution design, development, UAT, and production go-live.

• Support technical proposals, solutioning, estimation, and architectural decision-making as needed.
