Job Description

Join Quad at our weekly Pewaukee Hiring Event, held every Wednesday from 9am-3pm, to explore full-time IT and software opportunities within a global marketing experience company. Roles may include application support, systems administration, data and integration support, and digital workflow tools that power Quad's print and digital operations. Collaborate with cross functional teams to troubleshoot issues, maintain systems, and support production technologies. Quad offers training, growth paths, and exposure to cutting edge marketing and production platforms in a culture that values innovation, safety, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Quad's production, print, and digital systems
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot applications, servers, and networks
  • Assist with software updates, patches, and system integrations
  • Support users with incident resolution and service requests
  • Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
  • Collaborate with operations and creative teams on technology needs
  • Support data accuracy and system performance monitoring
  • Participate in continuous improvement and automation initiatives
  • Follow security, safety, and compliance standards
  • Contribute to projects that enhance marketing technology platforms
