Finance Lead

Finance Lead role at AbbVie's Center of Excellence for Clinical Trials, responsible for translating clinical trial financial data into actionable insights, dashboards, and forecasting capabilities. Responsibilities
Translate complex clinical trial financial data into clear insights and recommendations
Establish trusted, consistent data foundation for clinical trial forecasting across organization
Develop and enhance analytical capabilities to validate modeling assumptions and identify forecast risks
Design, implement, and enhance financial systems and dashboards for clinical trial forecasting
Identify and execute automation opportunities to improve data quality, speed, and scalability
Requirements
BA/BS degree; Finance, Accounting, or Health/Life Sciences preferred
Minimum 7 years progressive finance experience
Strong analytical skills with large, complex, disparate datasets
Experience developing dashboards, reporting solutions, analytics, or financial systems
Ability to translate business problems into data and technology solutions
Interest in AI, automation, advanced analytics, and emerging finance technologies
Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
