The Role • Provide comprehensive inpatient geriatric care, managing diagnostics and treatment holistically. • Independently perform a full spectrum of geriatric diagnostics, including EKG procedures, long-term monitoring, and sonographic examinations. • Treat complex and interdisciplinary conditions in close cooperation with other hospital departments, integrating rehabilitative and physical therapy approaches. • Lead the therapeutic team, collaborating interdisciplinary with nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, and psychology. • Take on organizational tasks for department development and be responsible for the training and supervision of junior physicians. What You'll Need • Board certification in Physical and Rehabilitative Medicine with a specialization in Geriatrics. • Proven experience in the clinical care of elderly patients. • A strong interest in interdisciplinary collaboration with various hospital departments. • Readiness to take on responsibility and contribute to training accreditation. • Experience in managing diagnostics and therapeutic plans.
