Waniwani is building the AI distribution infrastructure for the $10T services economy. We enable service vendor to sell quote-based services (insurance, financing, wealth, software and more) directly inside LLMs like ChatGPT, where buying decisions are moving, and built the Agent to Agent commerce future.

Our first product generated its own type of SaaSpocalypse. We launched the world's first insurance app unlocking quotes in ChatGPT. It triggered $79B market crash for the world's largest brokers. The press called it "the industry's ChatGPT moment." Now thousands of companies want to deploy their own AI-native storefronts through our infrastructure.

We are global from day one: US, Australia, Middle East, Korea, Europe. Our team is small, the ambition is not.

The role

The world's insurers, lenders and wealth platforms have all reached the same conclusion in the same year: their customers are starting their buying journey inside an AI assistant.
You take a client from "we want to sell inside ChatGPT" to a live, converting and optmized AI storefront. You will design agents, run workshops to scope, test and sign-off deployments. Once the agent is live, you will be deep diving into the data, leading experiments and testing hypothesis to increase conversion.

What you'll own

• The agent design. The core craft: funnel design, order and phrasing, branches, edge cases, the human handoff.

• Navigating enterprise clients: You run the scoping workshop: discovery, scoping, and production sign-off. The P&L sponsor, the digital lead and the brand lead are all in the room wanting different things, and you will need to know how to move the program forward.

• Win and expand: POC to production grade agent. POC live within four weeks of kick-off, production within ten weeks of validation.

• Improve performance. Define KPIs for each account across the real funnel (conversation, quote, lead, bound), define metrics definitions and instrumentation behind it. Deep dive into the data, and drive improvements forward.

• Grow the account. Discover new opportunities and use-cases to grow the account.

What we're looking for

• You have designed a conversational or transactional flow yourself, and you can tell us why one question came before another, and one thing you cut on purpose.

• You can hold a room where the sponsor wants the date, the digital lead is judged on conversion, and the compliance lead is concerned about the risks from AI.

• You read an API, know exactly what to ask a client's IT team.

• You open the raw session data yourself, find where the funnel leaks, and say what to change first and what to instrument next. You argue with evidence, not opinion.

• You have put numbers in front of a buyer and grown an account on the strength of them.

• You have built something where nothing existed before: a delivery motion, a success function, a playbook that became the way it is done.

• You are AI-native. New tools, ambiguous problems and automation for leverage are all normal to you.
