Senior Oracle EPM Architect

Title : Senior Oracle EPM Lead / Architect

Skills:

• Lead the architecture, design, and support of Oracle EPM / Oracle Planning (EPBCS) solutions.
• Design and enhance budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, capital planning, revenue planning, and long-range planning applications.
• Partner with FP&A, Finance, and Accounting teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable Oracle EPM solutions.
• Build and maintain driver-based planning models, business rules, metadata, hierarchies, security, and calculation scripts.
• Integrate Oracle EPM with Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite, PeopleSoft, or similar ERP systems.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, system enhancements, and governance for Oracle EPM applications.
• Lead implementation partners, mentor technical teams, and communicate with Finance leadership.
• 10+ years of Oracle EPM experience with strong expertise in Oracle Planning (EPBCS).
• Strong understanding of FP&A, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and enterprise finance processes.
• Techno-functional background preferred, with prior hands-on technical experience and recent experience leaning more toward the functional/business side.
• Experience with FCCS, ARCS, Essbase, Data Integration, FDMEE, and REST APIs is preferred but not mandatory.
