The Role • Support students and their families with university loan applications via inbound calls. • Provide information and assistance regarding payments, eligibility, funding, and related queries. • Play a crucial role in helping students secure financial support for their academic future. • Handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced contact center environment. • Navigate multiple complex systems to assist customers efficiently. What You'll Need • Excellent people skills and a talent for building relationships. • Strong PC skills and the ability to multitask across various systems. • Resilience and determination to handle challenging calls effectively. • Ability to actively listen, process information, and communicate solutions clearly. • Flexibility to work shifts within business operating hours (Monday-Friday, 8 am-7 pm). • Commitment to full attendance during training and the initial 4 weeks of employment.
