The annual salary range for this position is $115,000 to $135,000.

The Healthcare Equipment Planner supports medical equipment planning, facility design integration, equipment procurement coordination, and activation activities supporting military healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and manage medical equipment planning packages.
- Coordinate equipment requirements with stakeholders and design teams.
- Support equipment procurement and installation planning.
- Review healthcare facility layouts and equipment placement.
- Support commissioning, activation, and occupancy planning activities.
- Maintain equipment databases and planning documentation.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Healthcare Planning, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of healthcare facility planning or design experience.
- Experience supporting medical equipment planning activities.
- Experience interpreting healthcare facility drawings and specifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance preferred.
- Extensive SEPS experience.
- Knowledge of DoD Space and Equipment Planning Criteria.
- Healthcare equipment procurement experience.
- Biomedical equipment planning experience.
- Experience supporting hospital replacement projects.
- Prior experience supporting Defense Health Agency (DHA), DHA Facilities Enterprise (DHA-FE), NAVFAC Medical Facilities Program Office (MFPO), USACE Medical MILCON programs, Veterans Affairs (VA) healthcare facilities, military hospital replacement programs, healthcare activation/IO&T efforts, SEPS planning, or federal healthcare construction programs.

The annual salary range for this position is $115,000 to $135,000.
