No previous recruitment experience is required. You'll receive structured training, ongoing coaching and the opportunity to learn from experienced consultants from day one.

The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll specialise in the FinTech market and develop a deep understanding of the companies, technologies and talent within your sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching and identifying high-calibre FinTech professionals
• Headhunting candidates across specialist technology and financial markets
• Building relationships with candidates and senior industry professionals
• Developing partnerships with FinTech companies, banks and financial institutions
• Managing recruitment processes from initial briefing through to offer
• Conducting candidate interviews and assessing suitability
• Using LinkedIn, networking, advertising and direct outreach to identify talent
• Advising candidates throughout the interview and offer process
• Developing your negotiation and business development skills
• Building your own network and reputation within the FinTech industry
• Working towards individual revenue and performance targets

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for ambitious individuals who are:

• 2024 graduates with commercial, sales or customer-facing experience
• 2025 graduates with a 2:1 degree or above
• 2026 graduates on track for a 2:1 or above
• Confident communicators who enjoy building relationships
• Highly motivated by career progression and financial rewards
• Competitive, resilient and comfortable working towards targets
• Naturally curious and interested in technology, finance or business
• Ambitious enough to want to become an expert within a specialist market
• Previous sales, cold-calling or recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential

We're particularly interested in people who can demonstrate competitiveness through sport, university societies, leadership positions, entrepreneurial projects or other extracurricular achievements.
